Every psychic reader is hand-picked for their accuracy and emotional intelligence. They go through multiple test readings to ensure their ability to deliver clear guidance and empower the client.

Connection Guarantee

• Satisfaction: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your reading within the first 5 minutes, please tell the reader you are not connecting and end the call.
• Resolution: Call the office back on 0207 111 6491 for a full refund or a credit to have a full reading with another reader.
• Acceptance: If you continue the call beyond 5 minutes, you are deemed to have accepted the connection, and the full fee becomes non-refundable.

Reader Categories

• Gold Readers: These readers represent the height of psychic ability and decades of experience.
• Silver Readers: Personally chosen “rising stars” intended to make trusted readings more accessible and affordable.
• Usage Rule: Minutes purchased under a Gold psychic reading can be used with either a Gold or Silver reader. Minutes purchased under a Silver psychic reading can only be used with a Silver reader.

Credit Card Bookings and Pricing

Additional per-minute charges apply if you choose to extend the call beyond the duration of the package purchased. If your call runs over, your card will be charged for the extra time approximately 15 minutes after the call is finished.
